East Side Players is managed by an elected Board of Directors. This Board chooses the Director for each play. All members are eligible to submit their interest in directing to the Board.
The Director usually works with the Producer to choose the design staff. This includes the Stage Manager, as well as the lighting, set and sound designers. All members are eligible to submit their interest in being a designer. In the event that no member can fill the role, non-members may become designers. Non-members can contact the Administrative Officer to let us know of their interest.
